This policy explains how Crossline Supply handles personal information used for its SMS messaging program and the terms that apply when you opt in to receive text messages.
When you opt in to SMS messaging, Crossline Supply may collect your mobile phone number, your consent record, and information related to messages sent or received.
We use this information only to send and manage business-related SMS communications, respond to requests, provide support, maintain consent records, and operate the messaging program.
Crossline Supply does not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be provided only to service providers that help deliver or support the SMS messaging program, or when disclosure is required by law. Those service providers may use the information only to provide services to Crossline Supply.
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Crossline Supply related to business communications.
After you reply STOP, Crossline Supply will stop sending SMS messages to that number, except for a confirmation or messages otherwise permitted by law. You may opt in again through an available consent method.
Crossline Supply retains SMS-related information only as reasonably necessary to operate the messaging program, document consent, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect this information.
Crossline Supply may update this policy as needed. The updated version will be identified by the date shown above.
